I ship out orders Mondays and Fridays. I AM IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT MAY BE LOST OR DAMAGED BY THE USPS UNLESS YOU PURCHASE INSURANCE.
US SHIPPING ONLY: for jewelry items: USPS first class with delivery confirmation. I CANNOT be responsible for what the USPS does to packages, so if you'd like insurance, please let me know BEFORE sending payment. I'm happy to add it on AT COST. I am in NO way responsible for shipping times, other than shipping promptly in the method you purchased.
Upgrades to priority & overnight are available for an extra fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I no longer ship out of the US due to problems I have had with customs, sorry. You may consider having it sent tons friend in the US and have them ship it to you if you are out of the US. I have just lost too much time dealing with lost or held packages by customs.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
I allow returns on my items for ONE WEEK ONLY after you've received the package. Items kept for more than one week may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY & at my discretion. In these cases, please contact me first to discuss. Items must be shipped back to me at your cost with insurance & in the same packaging (in a gift box for safety of the items). I WILL REFUND PURCHASE PRICE MINUS SHIPPING.
RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ONLY IF I DEEM IT IS A LEGITIMATE REASON. Please check your measurements carefully. Funds from sale items usually go directly to paying bills and will be used to do so fairly quickly and is the reason I have a sale. Please be sure you truly want the piece before buying, if you purchase then later decide to return it for an insignificant reason I may have lost a sale to someone else who may have wanted it. If the piece has some sort of flaw that is unacceptable to you please contact me and I will try to remedy the problem before I consider a refund. Don’t worry I am a reasonable man; well as long as you can be also!
If an item breaks within 30 days of receiving, I will be happy to repair it free of charge. If item cannot be repaired, I will give you the option of re-fabricating the item, exchanging it for an item of similar price or you may choose a full refund. You must pay to have item shipped to me. I will pay the return shipping fee. IF ITEM HAS MAJOR DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE, THERE WILL BE NO REPAIRS, REFUNDS,OR STORE CREDIT. Please contact me in this case to discuss damages.
